Coming Out

Yes, thats right, I've decided to come out of the closet. I have replaced the ST205, it was replaced a little while back as some of you have guessed from looking at my feed back (You stalking me  )

I now have a Subaru people carrier in the form of an Impreza STi 2002MY. Alright, alright, I have slagged them off in the past I know but not as much as I have slagged the Evo's off. I do like it (Did I say that  ) but I still maintain that if a Celica had 4 doors and suited my needs better, I'd still have one.

The Impreza doesn't drive as nice (very laggy at the moment), doesn't go as well and imo (still pretty standard), doesn't look as good (never will) but it does carry ma-wee-boy a hell of a lot better and still have a rally heritage (even if its not that great at the moment).

I've fit a 3" Kakumei turbo back system, TLS Green group N filter, walbro 255lph fuel pump, PFR7B spark plugs, front and rear upper strut braces, anti-lift kit and a Blitz R-Vit ECU monitor (Standard boost 1.27bar ) I'm just waiting to fit fuel filter and a trip to TEG Sport will be on the card for a remap by Steve Simpson, who has reported a potential power figure in the region of 340hp (and about 320lbs/ft torque) is on the cards, sounds good to me.

I loved my Celica but I think safcman73 loves it as much as I did so that makes me feel better. I like the Impreza and I suppose as time goes past, I'll forget how good the ST205 was.

So, there you go, its like an invitation to start slagging

good car choice mate needs must if youve got a family a scoobies bang on the 2 doors on the celica would have made life hell.if i have a sproggy i,ll be going down the same route

My fanimold is red and I've an sti on the intercooler. I believe theres four flaps also somewhere in there.

The ST215 doesn't just quite look right though imo, was going to get the tin opener out until Mike came and offered me some red backs for it

yeah the red backs sounds the better option, not too sure if the car would like a tin opened version of itself though
