Started off by doing the cad of the construction - I changed this a bit when I made it, wanted to improve things, sloped the bonnet down slightly, and got rid of the wood protruding through the sides. We do this at work to give it more strength but I ended up using thicker wood


This is the panels cut out and primed after sanding

This one shows them pained in the final colours, I even mixed up 040 super white

The black is the wheels

And now the finished result, graphics look spot on. I designed them all and printed them on glossy then ran them through our laminating machine at work. This applies a plastic coating to the outside to protect the print and it also gives it a nice satin sheen. It also applies a double sided sticky back for mounting.
I think it looks sweet as
