The silly old fool who was buying our house has pulled out >:( >:( >:(

We accepted his offer 4 bloody months ago. He was taking his time with searches etc but we gave him the benefit of the doubt but this has really REALLY REALLY *BLEEP*ed me off now as we have had an offer accepted on a house and contract/searches/fees paid for etc >:( >:( >:(

I hate twats like that!!! When I had the flat for sale, I thought I'd sold it in similar circumstances, then the bitch changed her mind!!! and asked me to knock 8k off the asking price so she could afford mortgage. We need scottish law!

My brother just had this happen to him - the person wanting to buy his house was told by the person wanting to buy her house that they changed their mind because it didnt have a drive to park their car - surely you'd have spotted that before offering? So both my bro, the woman buying his AND the bloke whose house my bro was buying were all screwed over by one retard. We really do need scottish law.

WooHoo...happier now ;D

We had a guy turn up in a brand new Merc CLS500 with R4CER number plate to view the house. Bearing in mind it is only a 2 bed semi in a 'reasonable' area. Turns out he is a property developer ::) Anyway, he put an offer in for 105k, 9k less than we had previously accepted. At first I told him to push off BUT.........after negotiating with the people we are buying off we managed to get them down by £8250 ;D
So we're back in the game ;D ;D ;D and it 'could possibly' happen quick as the guy buying ours is a cash sale, no surveys etc 8) 8) 8)
