Whats it worth?

Dear bazza,

yes pal it is a gt4, ex rally school (spare) car, they used a subaru impreza instead, decent body, good mechanics, standard suspension, roll cage, bucket seats, harnesses, pity no cash to do it up, will be adding it to auction list unless something reasonable is offered in advance,.......how much would you give for it?

Noticed this car myself and asked the same question.

My concern is its been sitting for a very long time and will no doubt be a parts only car as Paul said.

i suppose it depends how long its been sitting outside, may not be all that much wrong with it. but seems unlikely. I suppose if there was not much body rust (somewhat unlikely) then had the running gear from a crate or faff put in could be a good project car maybe?

Nope, I got my shed. Just seen it in the background on another auction and emailed the seller.
I figure cos its not red that it'll probably not be totally rotten, and it already got some of the desireable parts on it , that it might be a good project for someone over there on the bigger island.

If i wasnt trying to get started back into carpet fitting then id take a look at it myself.  As you say, a lot of the desirable parts are already there, and lets be honest, its worth not a lot more than a standard shed in that condition, so id imagine you could pick it up fairly cheap.

Has he sold the crappy yellow shed yet?  Ill be interested in having a look at the shed depending on how bad it is.  Where on the big island is he mate?
