Dear GT4 enthusiasts i seek forgiveness for my sin of neglect, my wife and family are neglected by me in preference of beer and my GT4.
I prefer to go to the pub rather than sit and watch eastenders with my wife or postman pat with my kids. I also like to pamper my car more than i do my wife...
please forgive me as i know im a sinner
PHEW!!!!

I'm not sure this is even forgiveable :o :o

We've decided (kind of anyway) that we will start thinking about kids next year :o :o :o That isn't the unforgiveable part though...I'm thinking that for a few years I'll be buying toys for the kid(s) and not me so I thought the other day,
'Shall I chop the 165 in and get a bike for this summer'
 :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

R lasses answer was a quick 'NO F**KIN WAY' but I'm still thinking about it :(

I love my 4 though. Even if we had kids I could leave it on the drive and SORN'd??? until I/We could afford to run it ???

Please forgive me for my sins :( :( :(

Seriously wanting another GT4 NOW god dam it!!!

brovva, absolution is not obtainable if you 'chop in the 4' and you will always be dogged by the 'why did i do that?'
Its not good to bring children into the world at the expense of enjoyment, they should add to it.

Have you considered getting a temporary baby to help with your desires to procreate, i've heard that woolworths do some pretty convincing substitutions.
Your thoughts are forgiven but the actions could be difficult - say 3 hail Marys and go to be without supper tonight (donna kebab is ok though)

I've seen some pretty good deterrents to procreation hanging around woolworths too.

I've known r lass for 12 years now. I think I've done well so far in keeping 'procreation' at bay ;D
But times must etc etc...it seems people on benefits earn more than me for doing feck all ;D ;D ;D (only joking, she'll be back at work quicker that she can say 'what will we call it?' ;D ;D ;D)
I've told her to watch the steps for the next few months :D Don't want her falling do we? ;D
The 165 is staying...REGARDLESS.
It's not just the car I (we) love...it's everything that comes with it...The EC, the oily patch on the drive, the RAC cover that goes without saying.
If it wasn't for the fact that I have the EC to fall back on the car would have gone looooong ago :-[
A bike? A bike? Who needs a bike whan you have 2 litres of rusty wreck under your ass? ;) ;) ;) 8) 8) 8)

Along time ago in galaxy far far away I was driving a Cavalier 1.6 L with a go fast stripe, Northbound on the M11.It was on a hot day in August 1990 and I decided to race a BMW 3 series 1.8.Things were going well for about a minute until around the 100mph mark my car suffered a setback, comprising of a large bang, lots of smoke, a loss of power and a dash full of pretty lights .No worries ,I just played it cool and indicated to leave the M11 at a convenient slip road using my dwindling speed to gently take me up the slip road and come to an emergency stop .On getting out of the car in a river of oil and coolant and opening the bonnet I realised that things were to not so cool in the engine compartment .On closer inspection a large bit of metal had exited my engine block and left a hole that looked like exocet strike. So not being in any recovery clubs I took a slow stroll to nearby pub and phoned a friend .A considerable number of pints later (about a 4 hour wait) my mate turned up with a tow rope and off we went to pick up the car .On getting closer to the stranded vehicle a couple of things started to worry me. Roughly from the direction of the car was a large pillar of smoke and as we got closer we could see a very large area of surrounding fields on fire and a sea of blue emergency lights .Because the car was parked on the up ramp I had to walk back down it as I needed to check the area as we intended to reverse my mates car down the ramp! On coming over the lip of the down ramp I was pleased to see my car was still as I left it but surrounded in emergency vehicles and lots of fire fighters trying to tackle the burning fields and visible burning, closed M11.I was greeted by a friendly copper who advised who after asking if I my car was ok explained some idiot’s car had exploded (as a very kind member of the public had reported) while racing on the motorway littering the road and hard shoulder with metal and setting the tinder dry embankment and fields alight !!!!!!!

I ask for forgiveness for forcing the M11 to be shut both ways for what I eventually found out was over an hour and not owning up to the crime at the time .I realise I can’t be forgiven for driving a Cavalier. ;D
