they came round, had a 10 minute look, we agreed a price there and then, they didnt come back for another look - just let the solicitor get on with it and we complete with no drama in just 5 weeks.

so now i am homeless!  YAAAY the best feeling ever!

and I am seriously thinking of coming back to faff ownership again...  long story involving fords living up to their acronym....
