I can't quote either but this something to do with the form of Windows i'm using i think i was told, as for the edit button..... there was incidents in the past were people have had online arguments and then went back and editted there posts and making the other individual look stupid, so if people want posts editted for a good reason they can contact staff and we can do it for you
