Stroke of luck

Well i got an email from a friend i hadn't seen in ages..... she had broke up with her fella from a long term realtionship and he left their home leaving alot of stuff behind and moved to England, she called him up and asked him what she wanted him to do with his stuff......... he said he had all he needed and she was told to ask me if i wanted his model cars........ well now was i to say no to that....... i just took collection of 267models and i've still more to collect, all of them rally cars from the 60's to present day, i've even got signed Mäkinen, Mc Rae, Burns, Solberg and the full Sainz collection from the time he drove a Seat back in the 70's to his last WRC outing and every car in between........ i've 31 WRC Corolla's including limited edition Eugene Donnelly and Austin Mc Hale from the Irish Tarmac Championship as well as a few 165's 185's and 1 205...... i'm as happy as a kid on Christmas day...... i've all the present day WRC cars and alot of old Grp B too, when i get my new display cabinet i'll get a few pics of them all..... He was a major Toyota fan and also a Scooby fan between all the cars there has to be at least 80 limited editions that must now be worth a fortune, but i'll not be getting rid of any

Yeah well he knows there in good hands anyways........ you should land down some evening and i'll show you them all you'd be well impressed the only one's she didn't want to give me were the Bertie Fisher collection but i'm working on that haha

Now that is a stroke of luck.

All those cars in 1 day and I've only just about got that after years of collecting

Gareth jealousy is a devious thing haha...... and had another stroke of luck this morning getting a case made with glass doors for nothing too,  best mate Sarahs dad is making it for me hehe and i'm getting a brand new autabahn88 downpipe for 50quid, i think i should do the lotto on sat night
