Ebay engine rebuild.

Looking on eBay I saw this I'm not in the market for a rebuild (I would like to be but not got the cash for it) what are peoples opinions on this? looks like a comprehensive list. and seems like a reasonable price?

A friend of mine in the s14 scene has an engine from these..  it was a replacement standard engine.
 It was made up from early s14, pulsar and an almera parts  ;D
