Just read on PH that SAAB are basically no more. GM has closed them down after failing to do any deals with prospective buyers. Bit of a shame, I have always had a certain amount of respect for them, although I've never owned one.

Yeah sad news, I've also had a soft spot for them. The old 99 and 900 turbos were great cars in their day. When GM took over they just became posh Vauxhalls a bit like Volvo now is to Ford.
