...is nothing straight forward.
how hard can it be to change the crush tubes?..well the drivers side was pretty wasy..but 3 scissor type bearing seperators later and i still cant get the *BLEEP*ing banana arm to seperate from the hub...*BLEEP*ing thing!!!! aaaaaaaaarrghhhhhhh!!!!

oh yeah forgot to ask...anyone know of a decent scissor type extractor..halfords laserline one is *BLEEP* ( returned back to halfords).. and ive snapped two Clarke efforts... failing that it gonna have to be removal of the banana arm, lower arm and buttom of hub assembly and either twat it with a hammer or take it to a local garage and get them to split it. i dont want to use a fork type on it as this will bugger the rubber. i hate cars........

I use a halfords scissor type splitter. Do it up tight then hit the top with a hammer, or an SDS drill set to hammer only. Those things rattle anything loose.
