3/4 drive impact wrench is your friend :)

Jack, impact socket, breaker bar and a 5ft bit of scaff.

Those 12v impact drivers really can be your friend, and quite cheap too ... I am amazed at how easily they can loosen subborn all manner of nuts and bolts, including the pully and suspension ones ... Bonus is that some of them can be used for fast wheel nut removal and tightening ...

the snap on 1 is a monster though :)
