Hells teeth!!! My st205 has been sat on the driveway for 2 years! I've just chucked the battery and ecu back in, and the fekking thing started within 2 seconds of cranking. UNBELIEVEABLE! I cranked it round by hand a couple of turn first using a spanner on the bottom pulley to make sure it wasnt siezed and had to clear some monster sized spiders from the engine bay while refitting the battery..but i just cant believe it started. It even idles perfect.
Mayeb there is life in the old dog yet, im thinking strip it out, roll cage and screw the arse off it around a track i mean after all these cars are worth naff all these days. May as well use it for what it was designed for..being driven.

The quality of these cars is still impressive, even all these years later.
I've had mine on track a few times, and you really get to see what the car is capable of (and meant for as you say). It hasn't been stripped out though, as I like to keep it for a bit of touring.
Good luck with your plans... and have fun!

Black out the windows, fit a stupid sound system, cover it in stickers with the shopping list down the side, get a bird with a pineapple haircut and soveriegn rings, hang out at macdonalds and talk about stupid bhp figures.
