Title: Trackdays? There's an app for that...
Post by: Frikkin Evil on March 27, 2010, 10:49:48 pm: I'll be getting a new phone on Monday, and as it's a smart-phone, I've been checking out the apps that are out there (in this case for android OS).

I'm deffo getting this or similar...

Technology rocks. I hope it's as good as it sounds!

They also have a dyno app for working out 1/4 mile times bhp etc., I think someone on here used one on an airliner, heh.

I use a similar app called 'Dynolicious' that runs on the iPhone. Can be pretty handy tool, especially if doing your own tuning or want to see what difference any mods make.

Post by: Frikkin Evil on March 30, 2010, 09:34:00 pm: I got myself an HTC Tattoo, which is waaaay cheaper than the iPhone etc., but has the necessary GPS, accelerometer, etc. to work. Tested it out today in the focus... ;D

Post by: Frikkin Evil on March 31, 2010, 07:28:29 pm: It cost me £4 from android market. Dunno what OS the Hero uses, but i'd imagine there's a good chance it'll be supported.
