I'm just wondering as I've never seen one on here. Or is it just for paid members only?
And is there an "international" discount for membership? I know on gt4dc i'm a member for free as i'm in NZ lol
-
It's a members only area currently. As for discount - that'd have to be discussed as we already have foreign members who paid the full quantity - we'd need to be fair all-round. Fire and email to karbon@gt4ec.net for details and to chat it over.
-
yeah mate, there is a projects area, and it is indeed in the members area. RE the international discount, Im also from NZ and paid the full amount (and still haven't got my welcome pack :o) but you would be best to talk to Karbon
Edited to say: lol 1m 57 too late ;D
-
Still no pack?! Dya know if karbon sent it via tracked postage or just normal? How long has that been, looks like a postage issue somewhere down the line!
-
meh - i can't be bothered in paying for a membership to a club that I can't actively participate in.
No big deal. I just wondered if there was one or not.
If I do bother to chuck a project thread up, I'll chuck it in one of the other areas to annoy people ;)
-
DeeCee, look at it this way, between you and Flyin, you've got the NZ chapter of GT4EC sorted for your own meets, write-ups, drag-strip days, spanner days....plenty to participate, yeah?
Put the project thread up, I can move it ;) only joking. Anyone on here would be only to willing to read it, good for ideas and feedback and there's nothing like some pictures of shiny stuff to get the juices flowing, in my opinion of course ;)
Cheers

haha only problem there is the 4.5~5 hr drive ;D but would still be keen to meet up someday.
But i would like to see more members from NZ as GT4's are rather common over here, quite a few 185s and 205s, with the occasional 165 lurking about.

Good point, lol, I only manage that sort of distance a couple of times a year, tho I dare say that once the EC is a little more established then maybe more local meets will happen?
Cheers
