Massively overheated the brakes on the 306 today while crossing the local hills, smoking at a couple of junctions :D And I've found that if you remove the ABS the rear brakes actually work, keeping the discs rust free, for once!
-
Gotta love that smell! What does your four need done to get back on the road?
-
Josh, it needs coyote to get off his rear end and get his hands dirty lol.
-
Fix it!! Fix it!! Fix it!! Ra ra ra.
As Flyingtele asks, what is needing done? I could mail you a spanner. :D
-
Ill happily mail you a 13mm socket ;D

I'll add in a packet of biscuits and two teabags 8)

It needs 1 (possibly 2) sills repairing/replacing (the dreaded metal cancer) and a waterpump replacement and possibly 2 tyres before it'd even pass its MOT, then it needs at least 2 alloys replacing due to flatspots :( It's 200 miles from me at the moment as I have no room to work on it here. My boss has offered me space in one of his barns, which I will take him up on soon, but that does require a ~£150 trailering event and when the missus never complains but would llike a holiday and a home I feel awful dragging a toy up here and dropping £1k on repairing it alone!

I'll bring the beer 8)

So that's it settled then... We'll trailer the motor to it's new resting place, then stand around it in a barn drinking beer and eating biscuits.
And that, my friend, is how you get things done.
