Title: Carbon fibre stolen
Post by: karbon on January 29, 2009, 12:39:59 am
Hi all.  Can you keep your eyes open for any bulk sheets of carbon fibre going up for sale please.  We had a break in last night and our entire stock of carbon went as well as tools and chemicals etc etc.  be aware of anyone selling rolls of carbon, 6metres long by a metre wide, and blue carbon, same size.  If its a trader its probably legit, if its an individual then its my gear!!!!

Man, that's really bad news. I hope the police are on the case and justice can be served.
In the meantime, I'm sure we'll all be on the look-out.

Cheers

Thanks all, the plod are on the case but given that tescos are still doing 5 do-nuts for 99p im not holding out much luck.  Insurance will no doubt replace it, its time and money lost though.  They nicked every bit of stock we had, over 4 grands worth.
