Title: how compress my jae video to download

right guys i'm having difficulty transferring my video on to the photo book and you tube. the video is 220mb and about 2.5 minutes long.

but i noticed you can only send video upto 100mb any ideas how to compress it.

Take the 185's out of it. Should save you about 200mb ;D ;D ;D

What format is it in?

i used photbucket. not sure what size limits they have though. and yes i am too lazy to check ;)

windows movie maker is free and should do it. its a bit slow converting though.
