Title: ST205 Recaro seats

Have 2 front Recaro seats from a 205, design as per the ones for sale on here with the colour flecks  in the back and bottom panel

No rips, no subframes (wrong, D'oh, see below)

Could do with new foam on a couple of the leg bolsters but in overall good condition.

Sorry, what am I thinking, They come with Recaro subframes that have had ST165 end mount plates welded to them. So, in a nut shell they fit a 165. Dunno if they will go in a 185 or 205?? You'd maybe need the endplates swapping over but the runners are there  :)

They were fooked, almost every foam bolster was split when I removed the covers to replace them. Worked out how much it would cost for the bolsters to repair and its almost as cheap to buy new seats.....lol

Hiya m8, Yep, same ones. I fitted them in the 165 after removing from the faff. Because the faff was so clean - show winning, these seats just weren't good enough IMO. My plan was always to buy brand new ones for the 205 to do it justice really. but, then the missus goes and looses her job (not her fault) and I had to sell it as I couldn't afford to keep it...

So, like I said in the first post, they are not perfect, but fabric and frame wise in good condition. Couple of the leg bolsters are gone (as usual) and one is on the way but still in tact for now. You can live with them as they are. but on the orange faff, they needed to be 100% perfect to match the car. If you want perfect m8, go and buy new at around £330 each minus subframes

I know what I can get for them on ebay, so as requested, sensible offers via PM please  ;)

Hiya mate, I've moved over from the dark side (GT4OC.net) to post here....I've just bought your recaro's on ebay....   :D 

So just wondering what I'll need to make them fit my ST205 (seen as they came out of a 205 orginally)....is it just the end plates...the rest of the proper recaro subframes are intact?

Will be looking to collect next weekend (fri night/sat morning) if that's okay? Coming down from near manchester, so good excuse to take my girlfriend for a nice weekend by the sea  ::)

I'm gonna have a looksie on the rest of the site....I may have found another way to waste hours and hours on my st205  :P
