Cops on the sceen so quickly and him going at that sort of speed, looked like a chase to me.  I'm thinking he didnt get out of that one though  ???

Regardless if that was a chase or not it had to hurt lol. You may find they had blown out a tyre or some thing so they couldnt steer ???
