Ah, I bought lots of bits for my 185 from a lad in Sleaford, and my missus (Dee) lived in Grantham for 10 years. :-X
You'll have to pop up some time or try to make a Squires Jap Night (1st Tuesday, every month) 8)
We are just off the M62 near Howden

Hi Dale, welcome to the club. Hope you enjoy the Nuerburgring, we had an amazing time last August(got to see the WRC as well 8) ). If you have a look in 'meets' there's quite a few pages in there on it. If there's any you fancy coming along to, just stick your name down and join the fun.
Cheers
-
welcome to the club lad, enjoy yourself at the ring quite a few of us had a good time there last year
-
cheers for the welcome! 8)
im looking forward very much so but with slight nerves.. :D although i guess so long as you treat it like a country road youve never driven and just have fun then it "should" be ok. im a sissy on roads i dont know so hopefully i wont have any hiccups!
-
That's the idea, I know when I went round it was very much 'Driving Miss Daisy' as it was *BLEEP*ing down, I didn't know the track and I wanted to get home in one piece. A lot of blind crests don't help, lol, but if you've got someone else who's been before it can help you follow the lines. I'm not sure I'd trust whoever flies past you, as you don't know how sane they are, lol.
Enjoy, and lots of pics please ;)
Cheers
-
lol, thats my main worry i think.... the nutters that will be going by me at break neck speed! yes and im not looking forward to the blind hill bits, steve and phill mentioned them to me and oo, it will be fun. lol
pics a plenty im hoping, will is taking his camera, im taking mine so hopefully we will get soem cracking pics i hope!

Hmmm, Mr paranoia? I was referring to the Z4s etc who flew past on the yellow flag, and the odd porker who had obviously been once or twice before ;)

Best advice is this - If a large German gentleman approachs you and asks "Kan ich fikken den arsh bitter?" always reply - "NINE DANKE!!" :o ;D ;D
-
i would ask what that means... but i bet its right rude! :D ;D
-
lol at jools.......... and dale just keep your eyes peeled
-
for what though.. dodgy big german blokes or cars on track?! ;D :D
-
both and the women with the hairy arm pits
-
??? nice. lol
il remember to keep awa from them for sure!
how many laps did you guys do? steve and phill do like 15 but thats abit over kil for my first trip i think.
-
most of the guys done only 1 i done 4 which was sore on the car as i had massive brake fade on the last lap........
