Title: Wiggy
Post by: est205 on May 30, 2008, 07:00:34 pm
Hi guys, new here, but as I am sure some of you old gits will know, I've been about with GT4's nearly since the inception of the GT4OC (cough!) Oh, and I've just started building another 205WRC, so I might end up here a little more frequently.

Can anyone help me? I am trying to get hold of Paul Wigzell. Last I heard he moved down south and the number I had for him no longer connects. I've tried emailing him, but no reply, so I dont know if I have the right email address.

Thanks for your help

Cheers

Gareth

I assume by rabble, you are in fact refering to some of the other upstanding members of this online community and not me ya toss pot?

You bloody better be looking after that 165. Do you have any idea what salt air does to late 70's grey hair, let alone late 80's cars??

I went rooting for truffles at the bottom of my yard last week, didnt find any truffles, but I found a couple of mouldy 205's, on closer inspection one them was white and one was blue. Better still one of them has a HKS 2.2 stroker kit fitted. How lucky is that? Better still, its still inside the block without any legs out of bed. I have also discovered a whole host of other goodies, I feel like matey out of Raiders of the lost Ark. Maybe not, he ended up with that horse faced bird out of Sex in the City didnt he? Anyways, you get the idea.

165 is going great fella, its completely stripped out now though with just the 2 seats left. Most of the dash is ripped out as well with carbon fibre replacing certain areas and I'll be getting it flocked at some point. Need to get it off and sent over to the place thats doing it...
Big brakes are coming hopefully some time this week (been on order for weeks while they make the brackets and bells to suit)

Be good to have you back around anyway fella (In a 4 anyway) hope you got rid of that twatty arse Porsche  :D

Does Claire know you are planning to build another 205....lol ;D

Yep and Nope, or was it Nope and Yep?

No, it was definately no, I've still got that " I'm a merchant banker" Porsche and Yes, Claire knows about the 205. You forget, I have a little boy who, at 7 is now VERY interested in spanners. Little git keeps dissapearing into the pit and comming back up with bits of car that he has unbolted. At least he is interested, sadly not yet interested in bolting bits back where he found them. Bit like you at 30.

Porsche is for sale if you want it. On second thoughts, I'm not selling you anything again. Claire wants a Black "Im a drug dealer" RangeRover. I guess that means we'll have to have 2 so there is a chance at least one will be in operable condition at all times. I better get a big oil drip tray installed in the yard.

Rangy, with 22's and blacked out windows....lol....I can picture Claire driving round Brigg in that  ;)

Good that the little dude is into spanners, won't be long before you give him a donor GT4 to strip out and play with  :)
What you got planned with the 205 then? You gonna keep the stroked one?

Nigel,

What in gods name is a "big Gayer" you soft arse.

Secondly, where did you find that picture of a big turbo and a clean bench? obviously not in your garage. LOL. Anyway, I wouldnt bolt it to that pile of poo RC you got off that dodgy suvern geezer. You know how it eats turbos.

We had the pleasure of Si and his missus this weekend by the way. I now have him hooked on jetskiing!

Cheers
