looks very well camogt4 has the same rims on his white 185 and the look amazing in the flesh, i would even consider these as OZ Supert WRC's are a nightmare to clean, these seem alot easier
-
Very nice, how much did they cost if you don`t mind me asking ?
-
not at all i got them off of POTN.com to be honest they weren't the best originally i went for 17" but they said they didnt have them in stcok and they wont be getting any for ages so instead i asked about 18" with low pro's they tried charging an extra £100 but after alot of arguing i won and got them at the original price of £670 :) and my mother says moaning gets you nowhere ahhh if only she saw me now lol :D
-
thats an amazing price now i think i would consider them at that price, but i'd want 17"
-
i wanted 17" as well thats why i had no choice but to get low pro's and it turns out the wheel is smaller now through the tyre being 35mm instead of the previous 50mm
-
yeah but handling is effected with 18" and it would be a very hard ride now with such a low profile tyre in remember my corolla with 18" on a 215/35/18 and lowered 35mm it was damn sore on the car especially the rims
-
Yeh, your handling will suffer a bit. I know mine has a problem with tramlining... but they look sweet.
-
Same as mine!
Good choice ;D
P.S.
The 35 isnt 35mm, it is 35% of the width of the tyre.
-
thats interesting i never knew that :)
-
We'll keep you right mate ;)
-
yeah so if your running 225 its 35% of that which is roughly 79mm
-
yeah so if your running 225 its 35% of that which is roughly 79mm
And on 18's you're diameter is (18x25.4)+158=615.2mm, giving a circumference of 1932.95mm
Compared to 215/40/17 which comes to 1897.14mm circumference, leading to a speed variance of 1.89%
I'll get my coat ;)
-
lucky the tyres make the o/a wheel smaller than the previous set then i guess
thank you for the advice you kinda made me feel guilty for buying them now lol ;D
-
well they do look well, but i'd be waiting on the 17" tbh just more of a surety, and chris get a space shuttle ffs where did we get you from, did you come with a receipt
-
dum-de-dum-de-dum, I need to get out more, lol
-
again you said it not me........... put that head of yours to better use will you
-
Suggestions? ;) Or not, lol
-
start going to the quarry with jeff and waste away a few of those brain cells
-
Actually, alcohol doesn't destroy brain cells, medically proven, lol. I was thinking something more constructive anyway
-
thank fook for that lol :)
