Title: oh how i laughed(arnie related "blonde" moment)

at smiffies today having a brew and arnie pulled up in his new faff.now i remember him telling me about issues he had when he bought the car and the wiper motor must have been knackered.so he got another one off mr b and was a bit peeved with the seller because he hadnt told arnie about it not working.so he put this new washer motor on and still the same couldnt suss out the problem and thought electrical.
  think he,d been peeing about under his wheel arch for ages trying to sort the issue but to no avail.
 anyhoo he gets to smiffies and asks ian have you got a spare colomn arm to try because screenwash doesnt work.so ian looks in the treasure trove finds one passes it to me to drop in.when i noticed its got the same arm as mine has all and the front screenwash button is on the end of the stalk and not when you pull the stalk towards you.
  now arnie didnt know this and looked shocked when i jumped in his car pushed the button on the end of the stalk and water squirted all over the screen.

so he did all the pump swap and everything for nothing.

honestly we didnt laugh

god hes so thick, I dont know of any one that has forgotten that the wash is on the end (ho hum)

actually thats how i sussed his problem when i got my faff off bazza i had the same issue but luckily found it before going through that melarky :)

I "know someone" who posted up asking for a new pump on the OC
Some body taking the *BLEEP* asked if he tried the push button, the thread never got added to after that ::)

I had a go at the garage i bought mine off about the washer not working  :-[.
Mind you, it was only cos other stuff wasn't right that I had a go - lucky they couldn't get it to work either.
