Title: the demise of st205.net
Post by: djdna2000 on September 03, 2007, 11:16:16 am
Hi crews, your long lost antipodean cousin here :)

Site looks nice, hope everything is going well.

Well, my ISP are basically a bunch of ne'er do well thieving gypsy barstewards. www.st205.net is no more, or at least the hostname isn't. They let it expire without telling me and now wanna charge me 200 quid to have it back the tossers.

Anyhow I will get the files up somewhere else soon, but all it would do is make me pine for a GT4 again, which I can't afford. I'm currently driving a 500,000 km 27-year old Merc which someone gave me, does 0-60 in about the time it took me to write this post! I need a better job!

Woot Woot, hello! Welcome back!
If you can use something like one of the domain forwarding sites (freedomain.co.nr) I can give you a sub-domain/folder under one of my sites and host it on my home system for free.

I gave the 162 to a mate, I used it when I was back in the country briefly in June. It has started to use a load of water (like a litre every 10 miles!), it's all disappearing out of the exhaust somehow. Either cracked head or just hg perhaps. It's got a full stainless exhaust and a brand new rad so he wanted a couple of hundred quid for it, but I think he'll be lucky.

I will deffo sort something out for the files from the webpage, there's prob a few pages can be ditched as they are out of date (or just wrong perhaps) but there is still a fair bit of useful info.
