31 hours(ish) smoke free an feeling good, found keeping busy the best relife from cravings, an setting realistic goals, ie - Make it till lunch time then reacess from there....
physically wise, breathing feels cleaner, stuff smells more, an food dosent taste like an ash tray so much!!
-
well done fella, it will get even better the longer you stop smoking. On the plus side, it will give you more money to spend on the four
-
Still off the fags!!! Ooooosh
-
Well done. You've basically nailed it by now. You just need to ensure you don't have a momentary lapse of reason. I remember getting hooked again after thinking I had beaten it and could just have 1 or 2 when I was out. I was wrong!
Hope you're staying clear of the e-cigs too. I don't know anyone who has actually beaten a nicotine habit with them.

Congratulations fella. I said to my other half that I am proud of her and extend that to you.
Sent from my phone. Sorry for any mistakes

When you start going through all the old posts you realise how much things have changed with social media,
You never got all the keyboard warriors or not as many as there are now and people's attitudes and bull*BLEEP* are to muchsometimes, everyone and there horse is a gt4 expert!
Rant over!
