cheers man,just one question when do the stock clutches tend to give up??ie what bhp and torque

Good question, mine gave up on 200bhp, but I put that down to age, lol. I think one or two faff owners may be able to shed a little more light than me, but educated guess would be around 270lbft depending on how you drive your four, e.g. traffic light launch or gently bentley?

lol traffic light lunch would be me it will be interesting to see how it lasts....the ogura is suppose to handle about 380bhp so that will be ready to go in when she gives up on me

That's what will define the life of your clutch. What sort of boost/bhp/torque you expecting with that setup?

i dont know ehat boost/torque/bhp it will make because mapping is delayed till 23th july,ill see what its made of then

That TRD gearnob has got me exited!!
The question about clutch life is also an interesting one!
I could burn a clutch out in 10 minutes if I was stupid.
I could also make one last over 100,000 miles if I was carefull??/
Mine happened to be replaced at 70K and when I got her at 113k I mananged to get up to about 140k before I replaced it again with a standard 'blueprint' one. (and that was at standard boost of 0.9 <1.1 with 280 bhp ish)

cos u can get it for 95p at Morrisons (& mine runs fine on it!!!)

because 95 ron is all we get here in ireland so its better to map it to run on that than to run it on 95 when its designed to run on 100ron less change of engine problem
