My SCARAB project :)
« on: June 14, 2011, 08:53:33 pm »
well here it is, 2011's project, my 94 ST205 picked up about 3 weeks ago. the car needs work and loads of it but im a bit of a sap for jap imports and feel an obligation to stop a breaker getting a hold of it, its structuraly sound and really really quick (my other car is a 360 bhp 300zx tt so i know what quick is :) but ..............il let the pics do the talking lol

im guessing some of you may know the car as the previous owner was a gt4oc member i think. and we can all agree it looks like a wrechid peice of sh!t

spec aint so bad

HKS Front Mount Intercooler and hard pipe kit
HKS SSQV1 dump valve
Sard induction kit and hard pipe (enclosed in under bonnet section with cold air feed)
Sard fuel preassure regulator
Apexi FC ecu and hand commander
Apexi turbo timer
Electronic fan controller
hybrid turbo
Walbro fuel pump
Twin plate clutch
17" fox alloys with new toyo proxy T1R tyres (sh!t rolled in gold lol)
3" stainless exhaust from the turbo back with 5" tail

so without further a do i had to get rid of the vileside kit and this is how far ive got, if i make it look pretty thats all the incentive i need to keep going with the project :)

bumper still needs properly fitted and minor cutting to accomodate the fmic but you get the picture :)

and a wee pic of my 92 Short wheel base 2 seater Fairlady Z32 TWIN TURBO MANUAL SLICKTOP (ROCKIN HORSE *BLEEP* RARE 300zx VARIANT)

il keep updating this thread if any of you guys are interested in the progress :)

Thank *BLEEP* you ditched that bodykit!

Did you burn it or nuke it from orbit?  ;D

Cheers guys, the sideskirts are pretty similar to the trd skirts so there staying once rapainted along with the trd spats I've bought, I decided to get the gt4 to do me over the winter coz the zeds torque and wide gyres makes it impossible to drive in the snow, had an Evo and a scooby before the zed an man do ya miss 4wd in the winter when ya ain't got it!

I had some ebay ones, fit was poor, had to fill with silicone to get semi decent finish. The RT-Performance ones are meant to be a better fit.

The skirts you have are the same as mine, Erebuni 404 skirts.
