Rather rediculous when they have laws already covering any of the illegal activities that occur when w*nkers get together. Shame people like ourselves who'd attempt to be as law abiding and discrete as possible get affected but its no major loss, just go out into the country where the proper roads and fun is - its only in a £50 corsa with 225 wheels and a 1.1 engine that you can have fun around an Asda car park anyway!
