afternoon, im Matt from North Yorkshire, currently driving a 96 ST205  :), well im not driving it any more due to the turbo giving up and possible ringland failure  :(, so its off the road now due to me leaving for Afghanistan for a year on the 7Th of Feb, any way, some pics to follow

Hi Matt, welcome to the club. Nice looking faff you've got  :) shame about the tubby etc. Were you planning on sorting it before you leave?

Hi Matt, good choice of GT4  8), while your on getting the turbo changed I'd get your radiator changed as well as it looks like its going to blow any day now.

i was going to pull the engine out to check what was wrong, but then decided the way forward is to wait till im back to pull it out lol

well what can i say, 8 months, and little has changed, stripped a little of the engine, recived me "new" engine turbo and injectors, clutch will be on its way soon, some more stuff to buy tho yet   ;D

stronger/better bearings on balanced crank
new toyota oil pump
new toyota water punp
264 exhaust hks
264 inlet hks
port polished rev 3 head
double valve springs
hks cam belt
cometic head gasket
ferrera oversize valves
hks adjustable pullys
arp head studs
decat
FMIC
HKS SSQV
HKS GD twin plate clutch

Garrett GT3582R

Still to buy:-

BR Series Coilover kit
front & Rear Anti Roll Bar 20mm - Adjustable
Emerald k6 ecu
OMP Cage
seats

and still have to decide what im going to do exterior and the theme im going to use, thinking all Black as is, but with a dyno rod orange cage and track wheels

whilst this is going on i need another car to use when im in the uk, so i thought id treat my self and get this...

yeah man, got the red one  ;D , just wanna swap the exhaust & decat over and meaby a few other bits and bobs  :D lol

That's a nice lot of shiny bits! You have to bring it to JAE!!!!!! Although, I'm sure we would allow you to bring the red one ;)

Nice to see a fellow Red GT4 in North Yorkshire!  I'm in Northallerton.  Think I saw the black one in town before the demise of the turbo.  Mine's a 94, standard apart from stainless pipe with NurSpec Blitz and bonnet lacquer peel!

So.... 4 years on and whats changed.........

Loads... slightly less hair in some places, slightly more in others, less of it brown and more of it grey  :'(

actual summary of the last 4 years:

-Returned from Afghan
-Got my first house
-Revamped said house
-Got married
-Got a dog
-Wife hit a van head on at 60 mph and messed herself up
-Little brother hit a car head on, on his motorbike and is now paralyzed
- 2 of my family members kicked the bucket
- 1 of my wife's did the same
- Gone through several daily's
- GT4 STILL NOT FINISHED!!!

Hey up mate, sorry to hear of the down parts of what's happened, but looking on the positive side, congrats on getting your first house and being able to put your mark on it. What needs doing to the four ? What dog did you get ?

cheers buddy!! well the fours bearly changesld due to lack of time, so every thing near enough haha dog wise, shes a jack russel cross corgi called Tink, also got a bearded dragon now as well
