First can someone explain what 'clocking' is?
Second, even though I do not need a turbo I just might want to upgrade mine so this would be a starting point.
Thirdly  I do not have that sort of money but could swap for some 16" tyres or a set of 17" momos?
Previously a UK WRC ST205 & a CS (UK !*%)
Now.... a 1970 Triumph 13/60 convertible, a Hyindai Amica and a Honda CR-Z Hybrid :)

Its where you rotate the compressor housing to allow better routing of the pipework for a FMIC kit or the like. On the CT2X series it requires cutting another small notch in the compressor housing, releasing the compressor and re-aligning. The prob then is the actuator is in the way (or may be) and so you need a bracket to shift the actuator to a new location.
