Where is Four Lane Ends?

I was in Whitley Bay yesterday, I would have spotted a 185 I think :)

Four Lane Ends is heading along coast road from WB then heading up Benton Road before you get to  the Corner House traffic lights, you follow road up and 1st r'bout is FLE, if you turn right at it you head back towards WB via Holystone. I wasn't in the 4, was in my little Suzuki, teaching ;D

It may of been me :) mine doesn't have raisers and standard alloys.

I went to marine gargae on the coast road to pick up a 306 diesel for my bro.
Took three hours to get to the bay from teesside yesterday.

Massive tailbacks for miles on the a19, When we got to the problem, It was a tiny wooden car trailer sat in the inside lane with four police vans. You could have picked it up by hand and stuck it on the kerb  ::) lol
