Whats happened to the OC

We are hoping today or tomorrow if Rob is back at work / online.

Everyday it continues is another toe shot off the foot of the OC using the handgun of failure

It's answered my prayers in a way.  I stopped posting on here after a while, because there was never much input, but I find this forum to be the more friendly of the two, and better for day to day banter, without the risk of offending everyone.

We dont want to talk techie all the time, thats what the DC is for

Well i hope it continues.. i think the biggest problem we suffered from was unfriendly forum software that put people off posting.

Well there certainly dosnt seem to be a hurry to fix the OC...people have been complaining of the site being slow for ages, surley that could have set alarm bells ringing and triggered the repair/fixing of the site.

Anyway this is the EC and the question was what happened to the OC, the question has been answered.
I am sure neither the EC or the members of both forum want this to degenerate into a bitching post.

When the OC is back up you will be able to express your displeasure on there

I think the biggest problem for me with the 3 clubs/forums is that mostly it's the same people and the same posts just repeated so it gets a bit tedious going through all 3. I'll try and keep more of an eye on here in the future though.

the news on the OC as I understand it is that Rob has found the power supply for the server to have "gone", the replacement didnt arrive today as was promised so tomorrow is likely to be the earliest it will be back on line

I hope the update is OK with the admin here.

By the way I am a browser of the DC, staff on the OC and member (paying as and when required) of the EC. I am a drinker with all three roll on JAE

I hope all is sorted soon for the OC and its members but on the same vein I hope all those who have visited us over the last week or so return a little more often than previously

Maybe the psu has been failing for a while dropping the voltage and causing slow running on the OC  (Joke)

I must say though (what what) this site does run pretty damn fast and smooth so far, good job done to all involved.

Its even just told me somebody has just posted since I last looked and I should read it before clicking "post".

Bugger that, I'll have to write all this again :lol:
