Nah it wasn't slipped over on snow/ice landed on my ankle dislocated it broke 2 bones now have a metal plate in one side and screws holding the other side another 2 weeks in cast then its off then another 6 weeks of rehab so its strong enough i've been told Angry

Cheers folks

yes cast is off now i can walk without crutches to a fashion still limited movement though first physio session tomorrow(i know it's going to bloody hurt)

and mods i have a massive list of parts waiting to be fitted once i'm fully better haha or before if i get chance! Cool
