Just thought I'd introduce myself, my names Matt, I'm 23yrs old, I'm an apprentice carpenter by trade, and I come from Maidstone in Kent.
I bought my 96 Preg gunmetal grey ST205 gt4 about a month ago and havent looked back, what an amazing car!!! I'm loving every minute with her!
Heres the (small) list of mods as it stands:
HKS sequential dump valve
Custom made exhaust with heat wrapped de-cat pipe (Hope to get a Blitz Nur spec R eventually)
Aussie downpipe also heat wrapped
Blitz panel filter
Tein sports supension (hope to upgrade to coilovers in the future)
Blitz speed limit defencer (My 1st mod to the car since I bought it woo hoo!! lol)
18"compomotives in matt black
Blitz turbo timer which is yet to be fitted
The previous owner informed me that in its current state of tune it should be making around the 290bhp mark, so Im gonna be buying a boost controller asap to get her over that magic 300bhp mark.
After that theres a couple of dents and marks that spoil her otherwise immaculate condition so I'm gonna be booking her into the bodyshop in July to get her looking like new (any suggestions of good bodyshops in the Kent area are greatly appreciated), I had her professionaly detailed last weekend with fantastic end results, Ill put up some pics to show you all.
My future plans really lie in getting an apexi power FC and an uprated fuel pump then a rolloing road/mapping seesion to hopefully boost the bhp up a bit more but its easier said than done when your on an apprentice wage!! lol
Anyway apoligies if i've waffled on a bit, but hopefully you can all see its because I'm so enthusiastic about my car its like nothing I've owned before! Hopefully there are some other GT4 owners in and around kent on the site if so make your self known!
