Ironically, I've got a whole set of bars and weights in the garage, tho I suspect postage would be an issue

What you got and what you after? I only really need the bar, mines fubar but I'm open to some new weights as well for the right price

I'll have to check the garage to be sure, but two dumb-bells, barbell, weights from 2k-6.5k can't remember how many.
I've got a bit of time tomorrow so I'll pm you with what's there. I'm going to Croft on Sunday for the RallyCross, so a good excuse for a bit more time in the 4

I had a pre comp match last week and I really need more power so pump pump pump is the only answer, we are not talking prision pumping here...I'm slapping no black arse and calling anyone Mary....
Weight and upper body strength is the only answer or I get my arse kicked in public and that normally only happens when I'm drunk...lol
