After weeks and weeks of yes'ing and no'ing I've come to the heartbreaking decision to sell the 165 Cry Cry Cry

At the minute I quite frankly don't have the time, the money nor the patience for her Cry Cry Cry

I'm looking for 'sensible' offers for a great car.
The current state of play is that it needs the Turbo and Radiator etc refitting and then T+T'ing.

IF there is enough interest soon for the right parts at the right price I might just break it (although that would be a great shame Shocked)

Front wings are in poor (ish) condition but could probably be repaired. The drivers door has some rust but has been filled. Just needs flatting and painting. Some slight rusting to the rear sills but definately repairable and some tiny rust spots on the top of the tailgate. Other than that it has little to no rust elsewhere.
The interior is half leather and in good condition.
The 165 will also come with ALL of the spares I have which inlclude tailgate, doors and many other bits.

I'll get some pics up this weekend hopefully.

It really is a heart breaking decision as I love the car to pieces.

So please...PM me your offers or start your vulturing in this thread please.

I've been meaning to post this for over a week now but have been putting it off so I'm off to cry into a beer now Cry Cry Cry

sad news Gaz.
Sorry to hear your selling up.

Are you going to be looking for another Four at some point?

On second thoughts I don't want any of your parts. I think you should put it into storage and start gathering panels to do a proper job on it.
Then when the time is right, make it better than new and bring it back.
Always remember that Toyota only brought out the 185 and 205 so we could have upgrades for the proper Gt4s. Wink

Don't do it Gaz, as already suggested by baz and me via text. Stick a cover over it and forget about for 12 months. You can fix her up later on and she isn't costing you anything to sit there  Wink

DON'T SELL UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE....YOU WILL REGRET IT, I GUARANTEE IT  Cool

You love the 165's m8 and rightly so. Chances are in the current climate, you won't find another one cheap. They are rare as hens teeth now.

Keep it Angry
